Shipping policy


  • Free standard US shipping over $50 usd.

  • For orders under $50 usd (before taxes and after discounts), the fee will be: 


Once the payment has been confirmed, the orders will be prepared the same day if it is made before 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm it will be prepared on the next week day.
The average shipping time is 3 - 6 work days. You will be able to track your order with the tracking number BÁUSSE BEAUTY will provide you in the confirmation email. 


The products will be shipped to the address given by the customer, and handed over to someone who will sign as responsible for the package. If there’s no one to receive the products, the delivery driver will call the phone number registered by the customer to program a second delivery. If the customer agrees, the shipping company will leave the package outside the domicile.
The second delivery won’t be taken into account as part of the shipping time, as it was out of BÁUSSE’s hands.


In case of failing in the second delivery because of the same reason, the package will be sent back to BÁUSSE BEAUTY.

BÁUSSE BEAUTY is not responsible for any excessive delivery time or loss of ordered products caused by transport services, nor for any delay occasioned by extreme weather conditions or to remote areas shipments.




Unfortunately, BÁUSSE BEAUTY cannot modify the registered orders.

If your order arrives with a broken item or with the wrong amount of items, please contact us immediately with your confirmation number and all details. We´ll always do our best to help you.

Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on unopened products purchased through our website.

Unfortunately, colors can change in multiple screens, so BAUSSE BEAUTY is not responsible for that and returns due to colors won't be accepted. Only for broken items upon arrival. 

All skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.
